Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website healthinsightsmagazine-au.com. The supplier is Wel Medical Ltd, Company No. 5714397, VAT No. GB 887750270 (hereinafter referred to as "the Supplier").

2. Formation of Contract

The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but is an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. The order confirmation sent to you by email constitutes acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed are final prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately and are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated. Orders above the specified minimum order value qualify for free shipping.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days within Australia. Delivery times to remote areas may vary. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the checkout page. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment details are encrypted during transmission and are not stored on our servers.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return the product within 90 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 90-day return period begins on the day you or a third party nominated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email to support@healthinsightsmagazine-au.com) of your decision to return the product.

In the event of a valid return, the goods must be sent back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Defects in delivered goods may be reported within the statutory warranty period. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Supplier's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Supplier is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Privacy

Information about how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us first at support@healthinsightsmagazine-au.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your state or territory, or to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
